The high grade reinforced blank of this barbel special delivers plenty of casting power, balanced with fish playing cushion. The 2.75lb t/c is the top side of most barbel rods and the 4oz casting weight is handled with ease; in fact in testing it handled more. Equally the line rating of 10lb to 15lb is an intended feature for use in even the most extreme swims.
